CGIL Seminar W2021- Lucas Andrieta

We are very pleased to have Lucas Andrieta, a M.Sc. student at the University of São Paulo, presenting a CGIL Seminar on Friday March 12th, 2021. The seminar will begin at 1:30 PM EDT/EST on the virtual platform Microsoft Teams. The title of the presentation is: “Evaluation of different graph metrics to identify genotyping candidates in a small cattle population and its impact on Genome-Wide Association Studies”.

Speaker Biography:

Lucas Tassoni Andrieta is a Master student working under the supervision of Dr. Ricardo Ventura, member of the Bioinformatics and Animal Breeding Lab (BioMA), at the Department of Animal Production and Nutrition from the University of São Paulo, Pirassununga, Brazil.
