We are very pleased to have Dr. André Hidalgo, a researcher at CRV, presenting a CGIL Seminar on Friday March 5th, 2021. The seminar will begin at 1:30 PM EDT/EST on the virtual platform Microsoft Teams. The title of the presentation is: “Mendelian Sampling Variance in CRV’s breeding program​​​”.

Speaker Biography:
Dr. Hidalgo holds a B.Sc. in Animal Science from Maringá State University (Brazil), M.Sc. in Animal Breeding and Genetics from Viçosa Federal University (Brazil), and Joint-PhD in Animal Breeding and Genetics from Wageningen University (Netherlands) and SLU (Sweden). Since 2015, Dr. Hidalgo has been working at CRV as a researcher of innovation.
