Registration Details

Deadline for registration is July 1, 2012. Registrations may be made by mail or fax. If registering by mail please send your registration form together with payment to Gail Costigan, Animal & Poultry Science, University of Guelph, Guelph, Ontario, Canada N1G 2W1. If registering by fax please forward your payment to the same address. Registration is only guaranteed upon receipt of payment. The registration form in PDF format is provided below. You will require Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print. Payment of course fees should be by cheque, bank draft or money order payable in Canadian dollars to the "University of Guelph". Visa, Mastercard or American Express cannot be accepted. If you have any questions please direct them to gcostiga@uoguelph.ca.

Cost

Early Bird Rate (register by April 15, 2012)
Graduate Students - $250 + 13% HST
Post-Docs/Researchers - $500 + 13% HST
Industry - $750 + 13% HST

After April 15, 2012
Graduate Students - $325 + 13% HST
Post-Docs/Researchers - $575 + 13% HST
Industry - $825 + 13% HST

*Course notes and coffee breaks included. It is recommended that you bring your own laptop computer with the latest version of R already installed. Room and board extra.

Eligibility
Open to all on a first come, first served basis. Maximum of 40 participants.
